‘Through the Forest (near Aviemore)’

Robert is an Irish artist now based in Scotland. He studied Fine Art in NCAD, Dublin and received his MFA from DJCAD, Dundee. In 2024 his miniature painting ‘Beth in low light’ was shortlisted for the AIB Portrait Prize at the National Gallery of Ireland. He has exhibited with the Royal Hibernian and Royal Scottish Academy’s Annual Exhibitions. Robert has a four month solo exhibition scheduled for 2026 at the Waterford Gallery of Art which will include work on loan from private collections and a series of his most recent miniature paintings.
