Henrietta Lynch was a prolific watercolourist, exhibiting 156 times at the Water Colour Society of Ireland between 1892 and 1932. She also exhibited work at the Irish Fine Art Society, the Belfast Art Society, the Cork International Exhibition in 1902 and at the Royal Hibernian Academy between 1885 and 1919. During the Easter Rising of 1916, Henrietta’s home at 61 Merrion Square was damaged via gunfire, for which the Property Losses Committee recommended full payment.
